Managing Uncertainty for Large Societal Transformations

This resource provides guidance on building capabilities to navigate uncertainty, while creating conditions and incentives for sectoral teams to pursue new ways of working and adopt innovative policy instruments. It supports ministers and senior leaders in driving large societal transformations through adaptive and forward-looking governance approaches.
