This resource introduces systems thinking and deep listening as complementary approaches to strengthen frontline staff capacities and cross-agency collaboration. By developing listening skills and fostering shared learning, it enables public institutions to better orchestrate societal assets, design more responsive policies, and create inclusive solutions to complex challenges.
