The Training of Trainers (ToT) Digital for Government workshop
The Training of Trainers (ToT) Digital for Government workshop was delivered as a four-day, in-person programme for UN programmatic teams, consultants, and government partners. Conducted in English, French, and Spanish, the training engaged up to 30 participants and was created by UNDP’s Chief Digital Office.
Over the course of four half-day sessions, participants explored the foundations of a whole-of-society approach to digital transformation, practiced co-designing human-centered learning journeys for government partners, and gained practical skills in agile methodology, user research, facilitation, and public speaking. By the conclusion of the workshop, each participant had developed a prototype workshop to support the roll-out of impactful digital transformation initiatives with government counterparts.
