Public procurement accounts for approximately one-third of government expenditure globally and plays a critical role in delivering health, education, infrastructure and other essential public services. Strengthening integrity in procurement is therefore essential to ensuring that public resources translate into sustainable development results.

The event will bring together government representatives, policymakers, practitioners and development partners to share global findings and country experiences, discuss emerging challenges, and explore how data-driven approaches can strengthen transparency, accountability and integrity in public procurement.
