The Dagana Dialogue Series is a three-part knowledge-sharing initiative that brings together Bhutan, Ethiopia, and Thailand to explore how public services can become more inclusive, accessible, and centered around people’s real needs.
This webinar will spotlight how better public services can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the most vulnerable groups in our societies. Through practical examples, participants will hear how services were improved, how civil servants were equipped with the skills and standards needed for accessible service delivery, and how these efforts are helping to build trust between communities and public institutions.
The discussion will also connect these local experiences to the bigger picture of public administration and civil service reform led by the Federal Civil Service Commission of Ethiopia, showing how inclusive service delivery can serve as a model for more responsive, people-centered governance.
The collaboration is part of the “Inclusive and Future Smart: Transforming the Public Sector for Improved Service Delivery” project, supported by the Governments of Denmark, Luxembourg, and the Republic of Korea through the UNDP Funding Window on Governance, Peacebuilding, Crisis and Resilience.
